Please attend the 14th annual performance of “Ahavah-The Story of Christmas”; a benefit production with the purpose of “Dancing to End Hunger” for SSKP, by Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet and Ekklesia School of Ballet on Saturday, December 7th at 1pm and 6pm, and Sunday, December 8th at 4pm at the Morgan School, 71 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton, CT. All proceeds from the production will benefit SSKP and tickets are available online at www.TheAhavahStory.com or by calling the box office at 860-663-2069.

Over the past five years, proceeds from Ahavah provided more than $31,000 to the SSKP. With a matching donation from the Annual Gowrie Group Challenge, more than $75,000 has been raised and over 200,000 meals have been provided to individuals in need. The Gowrie Group Challenge has agreed to match this year’s donation again. Due to the high cost of food and the continued need in our community, we are grateful for the support of fundraising events such as Ahavah.

This partnership is a wonderful opportunity to meet the needs of hungry families and serve our local community along the shoreline during the holiday season, and Ahavah: The Story of Christmas has become a Christmas tradition for the community. Taking you back in time to experience the astonishing true story behind Christmas, Ahavah is a delight for the whole family; the joy and enchantment of the holiday season are palpable in this telling of a classic and timeless story. With the addition of new scenes and choreography, this year’s production is sure to be an exciting experience that you don’t want to miss!

Ahavah: The Story of Christmas, Saturday, Dec. 7th at 1pm & 6pm and Sunday, Dec. 8th at 4pm, The Morgan School, 71 Killingworth Tpke, Clinton, CT.
